Lindsay Lohan is not helping herself stay out of jail. TMZ is reporting that Lindsay told her probation officer that she has been drinking Kombucha tea, which has an alcohol content of 0.5% or less. And that the L.A. County Probation Department added it to the list of reasons why the judge should send her to jail.
