Congratulations to Yesterdays winner ? in another fiercely debated matchup with the closet finish yet, 1918 votes vs 1911 votes!!!!. Today we see Season 3 taking on Season 1 in what I suspect will be slightly less close encounter :)
This is the half way point of Round 3 and we will be losing 4 out of these episodes in the upcoming matchups.

The DarkUFO Episode Cup - Round 3 - Match Up 3 (*Closed*)
Congratulations to Yesterdays winner Flashes Before your Eyes in another fiercely debated matchup with probably the most commented match up yet with over 140+ comments. I love how some people are so passionate about Lost and I've not problem with your comments, but please remember to respect others opinions and don't let the comments get personal.
Today we see Season 3 taking on Season 2 with another 2 of my personal favourites going head to Head. Here we have a Charlie centric episode vs Mr. Eko.
?
"?" is the twenty-first episode of Season 2 of Lost. As Eko experiences unusual dreams, he asks John to take him to the ? from the blast door map he saw. At the Hatch, the rest of the survivors must come to terms with what transpired, and try to ease the suffering of a mortally wounded Libby.

The DarkUFO Episode Cup - Round 3 - Match Up 2 (*Closed*)
Congratulations to Yesterdays winner, Catch-22 which finally overcame a close battle with White Rabbit in a fiercely debated encounter. Today we see the 1st of what I call the evil virtual hat match ups for this round (there are 2 more of these to come). Two of my personal favourites going head to head today, which one will be going into the last 8 and which one will be buried like Paulo and Nikki! If you do vote, lets hear why you voted for one over the other.
Walkabout
"Walkabout" is the fourth episode of Season 1 of Lost. As food supplies run low, John Locke emerges as the hunter after the survivors learn there are wild boars near camp. Meanwhile, the survivors realize that they must somehow get rid of the rotting bodies from the fuselage. The flashbacks in this episode depict Locke's plans to get to Australia and participate in a "walkabout" tour.

Flashes Before Your Eyes
Flashes Before Your Eyes was the eighth episode in Season 3 and the 55th episode in the series, and was broadcast on February 14, 2007. A suspicious and determined Charlie enlists Hurley to help him wrangle the truth out of Desmond, who has been acting strangely ever since the implosion of the hatch. The flashbacks in this episode appear in a different format – not as memories, but as one continuous "lucid flashback" of Desmond's Time Travel after the discharge. Although there is a large portion shown in Desmond’s past, different aspects from the Island such as the Numbers and the countdown timer come back and haunt him, although it's likely these elements were all there before, but he never recognized them the first time around. Desmond is then hit in the head with a cricket bat and launched forward in time back to the Island.

The DarkUFO Best Scene Awards - Season 1 Nomination Phase
With the success of the Episode Cup, which is currently running, we've decided to follow this up with the Character Cup (more of this to come soon) and introduce a new Award competition for the Favourite Scene in Lost. This has been suggested by a large number of you all, so thanks to everyone for this. This Scene Competition will run during both the Episode and Character Cups.
The Scene Competition is quite simple. It will be divided by Season and then the top 2 Scenes from each season will then go head to head for the final placings. I will be making the final scenes in question available in video format so everyone can re-live the scenes in question.
We will start here with Season 1 and for a period of 1 week we will collect your Nominations for the Favourite Scene which we will then vote on to get the Best 2 Scenes from Season 1. Voting will then last 1 week. After this we move onto Season 2.
The rules are simple
1) You can nominate a max of 3 Scenes from Season 1
2) If someone else has already nominated a scene that is fine
3) Please make sure you include the Episode Name and a simple 1 line description of the scene(s) that you would like to nominate.
4) Any questions please feel free to leave a comment.
Examples
1) Exodus Part 2 : Locke and Jack staring down the hatch for the first time
2) Outlaws : Sawyer and Kate playing I Never
3) Numbers : Hurley crossing the rope bridge
Remember: This nomination phase is just for SEASON 1, we will be doing the other Seasons later.

The Weekly Deleted Scene - "Chicken or Lasagne"
Deleted from "Pilot, Part 1"
[It is nighttime. Locke sits alone at the beach, staring out into the ocean. Hurley walks up to him, carrying airplane food.]
HURLEY: Hey, how’s it goin’? Crazy day, huh? [Locke doesn’t reply] We got chicken or lasagne. They’re not cooked, but they can’t be worse cold than they were heated. [Long pause. Locke is still silent.] Hey, we both got plaid shirts on! [Still no reply from Locke] OK. [Hurley walks away].
