Ashton Kutcher and Charlie Sheen Tweet Each Other After “Men” Announcement. Is There Love Here?

Charlie Sheen and Ashton Kutcher have bonded.

Well, maybe not in person – but on Twitter.

The two actors exchanged tweets yesterday after news broke that Kutcher was named as Sheen’s replacement on “Two and a Half Men”.

But things started out a bit rough when Sheen initially told TMZ,

"Kutcher is a sweetheart and a brilliant comedic performer ... Oh wait, so am I. Enjoy the show America. Enjoy seeing a 2.0 in the demo every Monday, WB. Enjoy planet Chuck, Ashton. There is no air, laughter, loyalty, or love there".

If this was any indication of how Sheen planned to react publically, things could have gotten messy fast. But by Friday evening, things seemed to be turning into a love fest when Sheen tweeted,

“#Winning Congrats to the cast and crew…CBS & WB..! My best to @aplusk - The show must go on… You got the right guy! c.”

Kutcher was quick to follow with his own show of love and support with,

"#2.5 @charliesheen - Thanks man. Always been a fan, always will be! BTW you were 'born big'"

Just think - if Twitter can be used to bring these two soles together imagine what it could do for world peace. Ah Twitter, you offer us so many possibilities.

Maybe that drug hardened heart of Charlie Sheen has sprouted a more sensible and practical leaf?

Lost: The Final Journey - Press Release

A TWO-HOUR RETROSPECTIVE LOOK AT THE PAST SIX SEASONS OF ONE OF THE MOST CRITICALLY-ACCLAIMED AND TALKED-ABOUT SHOWS OF THE PAST DECADE KICKS OFF THE “LOST” SERIES FINALE EVENT WITH “THE FINAL JOURNEY,” SUNDAY, MAY 23 ON ABC

“Lost” Series Finale Airs Immediately After the Special

ABC invites new and avid “Lost” viewers to take a final glance at one of television’s most talked about and critically acclaimed shows. The “Lost” Series Finale Event begins with this two-hour special, which takes a retrospective look back over the past six seasons of this groundbreaking series. “Lost The Final Journey” airs SUNDAY, MAY 23 (7:00-9:00 p.m., ET) on the ABC Television Network.

On September 22, 2004, Oceanic Air flight 815 tore apart in mid-air and crashed on a Pacific island, leaving 48 passengers alive and stranded on a remote island in the South Pacific. The survivors include a diverse group of people from different walks of life -- a doctor, an escaped fugitive, a con man, an Iraqi interrogator, a married Korean couple and a man formerly confined to a wheelchair who is now inexplicably healed. As the castaways attempt to get home, flashbacks (and forwards) illuminate their troubled lives before and after the crash, as the island that they find themselves stranded on begins to slowly reveal its mysterious nature. With the detonation of the hydrogen bomb, flash-sideways show two timelines – one on the island, and the other depicting their lives as if the plane never crashed. Faith, reason, destiny and free will all clash as the island offers opportunities for both corruption and redemption... but as to its true purpose? That's the greatest mystery of all.

“Lost: The Final Journey” celebrates the show by taking a look back on how it all started in 2004, what it took to produce the seminal show in Hawaii, and how it became a phenomenon in the U.S. and around the world. Past and present cast members will share their experiences working on the show and their thoughts on its coming to an end. Also examined will be the dynamic characters, themes and innovative storytelling, plus an extensive look at what has transpired during the current season as a primer leading into the finale, which airs immediately after this special from 9:00-11:00 p.m., ET.

“Lost” stars Naveen Andrews as Sayid, Nestor Carbonell as Richard Alpert,Emilie de Ravin as Claire, Michael Emerson as Ben, Jeff Fahey as Lapidus,Matthew Fox as Jack, Jorge Garcia as Hurley, Josh Holloway as Sawyer, Daniel Dae Kim as Jin, Kim as Sun, Ken Leung as Miles, Lilly as Kate, TerryO’Quinn as Locke and Zuleikha Robinson as Ilana.

ABC once again invites new and avid "Lost" viewers to take another look at one of the most talked about and critically acclaimed shows. The special will take an in-depth look at the mysteries of the island, its inhabitants, the Oceanic 6, outside influences such as Charles Widmore, and also delve into some of the questions that have been answered, and others that still remain a mystery. Please note: This program will repeat Saturday, Jan. 24, from 8:00-9:00 p.m., ET.

When Oceanic Flight 815 crashed on an island in the middle of the Pacific, each survivor was given a choice to live together or die alone. Thrown together in this mysterious place, they have struggled to overcome shadows from their past in order to survive. Where are they? What else is on this island, and why is Charles Widmore so interested in it? Is Ben really one of the good guys? What really happened to the Dharma Initiative? Is rescue on its way? Rescue, indeed... Jack, Kate, Hurley, Sayid, Sun and Claire's son, Aaron - otherwise known as the Oceanic 6 - have been rescued and are trying to pick up the pieces of the lives they knew before the crash and perpetuate the lie concocted to hide the truth of what really happened. But will Jack and Ben be able to convince all of them to return to the island - including taking Locke's (a.k.a. Jeremy Bentham) body with them -- in order to save those left behind? Locating the island may prove even more difficult since Ben moved it. It's not just a question of where it went, but when. These questions and more will be examined to prepare for the shocking Season Five premiere that will change everything.

The Fray unveiling song on ABC

Thanks to zedman2 and Jason for the following.

'Lost' ad will air during 'Grey's'; full song online

Two and a half years after a key placement on ABC's "Grey's Anatomy" helped turn the Fray into platinum stars, the band is using another high-profile TV partnership to introduce its new single, "You Found Me."

In a commercial break from the tense elevator confrontations of the Nov. 20 episode of "Grey's," a one-minute promo with scenes from the upcoming season of ABC's "Lost" will premiere the track, as well as parts of the music video.

Viewers will be directed to ABC.com, where they can find a three-minute version of the clip as well as a link to iTunes; there they can buy the single, which goes to radio the next day.

The partnership between ABC and the Fray -- vocalist-pianist Isaac Slade, guitarists Joe King and David Welsh and drummer Ben Wysocki -- also includes an agreement for the band to appear on the American Music Awards, "Good Morning America" and the outdoor concert series on "Jimmy Kimmel Live" ABC will use "You Found Me" as the promo song for this season of "Lost," and discussions are under way to use the band's music on sister channel ESPN during the height of football season.

"Because this band appeals to everyone from 8 to 80, television really does play a great role in exposing the music to a wider audience," Epic executive vp marketing Lee Stimmel said. "And the band writes amazing songs that work with a picture." (Asked if he watches "Grey's Anatomy," Slade said, "I have seen it a few times. It's a really good show.")

As for the sound of the Fray -- produced like the debut by Epic vp A&R Mike Flynn and Aaron Johnson -- it's "a little more extreme than the last record," Slade said. "The quieter stuff is a little quieter than our last record and the rock stuff is a little rockier. It definitely spreads the spectrum a little bit."

The Fray will preview the album during a tour of small venues in early January. It will be available for physical and digital preorder beginning Nov. 21 at TheFray.net; purchasers who buy the CD from the site will get a bonus disc of live recordings from the January tour.

That online integration reflects a sales history of more than 6 million digital tracks sold, according to Nielsen SoundScan, and the Fray scored iTunes' top-downloaded album of 2006 with "How to Save a Life."
