Jesse Ventura files lawsuit against TSA, Homeland Security over body scanners, pat-down searches

sse Ventura wants the TSA to stay off his body.

The former governor of Minnesota and professional wrestler has filed a lawsuit against the Transportation Security Administration and Department of Homeland Security, as well as their chiefs, John S. Pistole and Janet Napolitano, in documents filed Monday.

The lawsuit, submitted to the U.S. District Court for Minnesota, accuses the agencies of violating Ventura's "rights under the Fourth Amendment to the United States Constitution to be free from unreasonable searches and seizures."
