Introduction
Week 1 got us off to a huge start point-wise, but it was pretty much a one-man show. Despite the fact that the Freighter Four stripped our League characters from any shot at flashback/flashforward points in Week 2, the episode eclipsed "The Beginning of the End" by a good margin. That's right, "Confirmed Dead" had a higher total score. How high was this score, you ask? Try 325 points. That's 60 more than last week!

Week 2 also dealt out points a little more evenly, which helps just about everybody (as long as you had one or more of the 13 League characters making the episode). How on earth could this happen? Well, you're going to have to watch the video and read the sections below to find out just how it all went down. If you're looking for commentary on the episode, this is the wrong place to look. “Confirmed Dead” (in 500 words or less)
We are treated to a quick flashback of chaos in the helicopter before its occupants bail out. Daniel crashes through the trees and is promptly discovered by Jack and Kate. In the previews for Season 4, Daniel had been giving off a very insidious and malevolent vibe, but it turns out he’s just a confused sissy physicist. He seems to lack self-confidence and isn’t very aware of his surroundings as Kate discovers a large box from the chopper lying in the jungle. He tries really hard to play coy about a lot of stuff but it’s clear as day that he’s all but wetting himself in fear.

Jack and Kate lend him Naomi’s phone and they go off in search of his friends via signal beacons attached to their parachutes. Sayid and Juliet have eye sex and go looking for Jack and Kate, who have been gone for a while. Jack, Kate and Daniel find Miles, who pretends to be unconscious and takes Jack by surprise by holding him at gunpoint. He tells Daniel that Naomi used “the code” alerting them all to danger on the Island by referring to the sister she doesn’t actually have.

Locke and company are headed to the Barracks but are making a quick stop at Jacob’s cabin because Taller Ghost Walt said so. Hurley lets slip that he saw the cabin elsewhere and it’s not clear if Jungle John is happy or freaked out about this. Ben also gives a non-telling bug-eyed reaction to this as well. On the way they find Charlotte and sort of take her hostage. They ingeniously tie her beacon to Vincent and send him running off into the jungle. While arguing over the matter of her cooperation, Ben shoots her twice in the chest, but she’s got a Kevlar vest on. Sawyer willingly takes the opportunity to beat on Ben.

Sayid and Juliet ambush Miles and Daniel, giving the Losties the upper hand, but they still all run after the beacon signals and flares set off by the Freighter Four (as some are calling them). They find Frank. He saw a cow and landed the helicopter perfectly. It will still work and everyone is happy until the Freighter boys discover that Juliet wasn’t on Flight 815. They reveal that they have come for Benjamin Linus. Ben already knows this though and reveals to Locke and company that he knows all about the Frighter Four because he has a man on their boat.

Flashbacks were split up between the Freighter folk. Daniel as an unexplained good cry when he sees footage of 815 on the ocean floor; Miles talks to dead people and steals their money; Charlotte found a polar bear with a DHARMA collar in Tunisia; and Frank knows the wreckage is fake and was supposed to be flying 815 the day it crashed. Naomi has a posthumous flashback in which we learn that creepy Mr. Abbadon is calling the shots on the whole Freighter operation.
